How It Works (Please Read)

Detailed Example How Our Program

Zurno's wholesale program rewards businesses with tiered discounts based on their first qualifying order. Once your tier is set, future orders can be placed online with discounts automatically applied—up to the maximum tier you've qualified for.

Step 1: Place Your First Tier-Determination Order

Your first order must be placed via phone or email.
This order determines your discount tier, which sets the maximum discount you'll receive on future online orders.
Discounts are based on your invoice amount before discount.

For example:
- A $25,000 invoice qualifies you for 20% off ($20,000 final invoice).
- A $83,333 invoice qualifies you for 40% off ($50,000 final invoice).

👉 Note: Your tier discount is capped by your first order. If you'd like to move up to a higher tier later, you'll need to place another tier-determination order by phone/email.

Step 2: Place Reorders Online

Once your tier is set, all future orders can be placed online through our wholesale portal.
Your discount will apply based on your cart total, but will never exceed your tier cap.
The minimum online order value (after discount) is $10,000.

Step 3: Item & Set Minimums

Some items and sets will have specific minimum order requirements (e.g., 12 pcs per item, 6 sets per set).
A full list of these items will be provided separately.

Example Walkthrough

Mr. Tuan places his first order at $83,333:

He qualifies for a 40% discount, making his final invoice $50,000.
He is now in the 40% tier.

For future online reorders:

If his cart totals $12,500, he'll get 20% off, bringing his invoice to $10,000.
If his cart totals $21,428.57, he'll get 30% off, bringing his invoice to $15,000.
If his cart totals $25,000, he'll get 40% off, bringing his invoice to $15,000.

👉 Even if he places a $50,000 reorder, his discount maxes out at 40%.

👉 To move up to 45% or 50%, he must place another tier-determination order by phone/email.

Note: Sale bundles are excluded from these discounts.

Note: "Sets" refer to predefined product collections curated by Zurno. Custom configurations may be considered upon written request and approval.
